Akali wasn't destroyed. Read the planned nerfs for yuumi on 2.20-21 to see what destroyed is. Remove lvl 1 free point in W so you either afk by getting one and staying safe, get Q and suicide on first enemy support cc, or get E and don't do shit apart from healing yourself. (All changes have been indicated as current direction for champion update by a rioter on Twitter) Oh and they want to move the slow from an 8 seconds cooldown skill to a 18 seconds passive that procs on an auto with ridiculously low range. So even more useless.

She has plenty of other weaknesses that make up for it way too much. First of all despite she can sustain the adc for a long time, her heals are limited and once both stacks are used it takes a bit to regain them especially early. Any support with high burst dmg will easily outdmg the heals yuumi can provide (zyra, brand). The moment she is caught unnatached she's the easiest champion in the game to kill. And there's plenty of champions that can deny her the W and leave her open. Thresh's E will send it on cooldown, and in teamfights a singed or a Cassiopea with the grounded effect will make you useless. Nautilus CC makes your adc die before you can do much shit. Etc.
