Well, I had a better frag drop rate when I was lvl2, now I'm lvl 4 and not only do I seem to get fewer keys, but haven't even seen how one of those capsules look like. It just feels rather disappointing, not because they aren't giving away stuff for free, but mainly because it isn't keeping up with the expectation. Feels bland and mysterious, the old system was more straightforward.

Nice gif :) I see how it would be hard to prove, but it's certainly most suspicious. Their behaviour was too telegraphed, one only moved if the other one had died. Also, it is forbidden, since two champs spend half their game AFK.

Same here! Tried everything you guys suggested, but still the experience is subpar. League is only playable Fullscreen on Mac after the new patch, since Windowed allows your right clicks to go through to the desktop, hence messing up pathing and auto attack commands, not to mention camera movement.

I still managed to gather the ip through bot matches but i couldn't find anyone that owned Rakan. I had Xayah and i needed to play just with somebody that had Rakan. And now i learn that it had to be two matches and not just one. I'm the most unlucky idiot there is. :( Thank you anyways. Well, i hope the fella i played with got it at least. Dammit man, and i worked so hard for it. Unlucky.

I almost always build Deaths Dance on Riven. Helps her so much, combined with the BC. Also, why does everyone say Ninja Tabis are busted. They're so good because the game is so AD focused right now.

: Strong support, very good midlaner if you have enough damage on the rest of the team and you're just looking for a safe pick into midgame, decent counter to many top lane champs but should try to end the game quickly with your lead or else you get outscaled.

: It's a lot like Tank Ekko. Although it's fallen out of favour, it's entirely possible to make it work if you change your build around. At first people played him with just full tank items (Sunfire into Iceborn Gauntlet, into Spirit Visage etc.). Riot nerfed his base stats, and buffed his AP ratios as a response. This then led into Trinity Force tank Ekko. Which led to Riot nerfing his base AD (which nerfed the damage he got from Trinity Force). Finally, the assassin update pushed him into the much more balanced Ekko we have today. If Riot find Fizz to be too dominant (like Ekko was), they'll probably nerf something to make Tank Fizzes build more AD over tankiness to get the same amount of damage as he has now or reduce his base stats while increasing his AP ratios which forces you to build AP. Riot don't know exactly how much of an impact a change could make to a champion until it gets shipped in a patch and played by the worldwide LoL community. All they have is internal play tests (which are mainly for bug testing) and the PBE. But because of the PBE's latency problems (as a lot of players are from outside NA), the rank disparity and the small community there, it's incredibly hard to get reliable results.

: It's partially because his Q applies on hit effects and his W is a relatively low cooldown auto attack reset. He can consistently get a lot Spellblade procs by utilising both of them. Not to mention Fizzes run Grasp of the Undying which is also an on hit effect. Time it right and you can proc your Q's damage, Trinity Force's damage, Grasp's damage all at once and then set yourself up for your W's triple damage on top of another Tri-force/Grasp proc.
I really like the contributions you and the other fellow made: well structured, good info, and good manners. Although I still don't understand how the balance team did not see this coming. I mean, if it's as easy to see as you guys put it, they shouldn't have shipped those changes.

Fizz can now Q to a target, walk away and take very little damage, then Q back in again with active W and deal the extra bonus W damage because the Mark is still active. This wasn't possible with the 4 second Mark. This also encourages longer fights, which AP Fizz isn't good at, but Tank Fizz is. An added bonus is that the W bonus damage is very high at level 5 and with sheen from Triforce, packs a big punch for a tank. > R - Chum the Waters > > GO FISH: When fishes reach their target location without attaching to anything, the check for a nearby target to attach to is now less generous > REMOVED STICKY SCALES: Whiffed fishes are no longer picked up by enemies that walk over them This is a nerf to AP Fizz, because Tank Fizz doesn't rely on Chum the Waters to win. The ult is mostly used to slow rather than deal damage. These buffs, along with Fizz's insane mobility and utility also allows him to take a combat summoner along with Teleport instead of the standard Teleport/Flash in the top lane. Yeah, I can understand that, but him dealing as much damage as full damage champs when building only a Triforce, then tank items seems wrong, specially for an AP assassin.

Try running at the enemy to make them start to dodge before you even fire it, so keep running until they are in a position where you closed the gap and they can't dodge anymore. Try to push them against a wall so that they can only run one way, and fire slightly away from the wall so that they can't dodge regardless of where they run to.

Theoretically you have to punish his weak pre-6 and have the advantage when he gets his ult. Like, even harassing with autos in the early levels helps a ton. A good Fizz will be harder to deal with, obviously. And if he takes ignite (which he will) care the lvl 2 cheese. Also, building Zhonyas helps dodge the shark, or picking a champ with high mobility. I usually like to pick Ahri into him, 'cause you have 3 dodges, a MS buff and CC.

Because League is not based on individual performance, but on team effort. Yes, S rewards are there to prompt you to get better as an individual, but the core of this game is to win the match, and there's more than one way to do it. Imagine this scenario, Shen toplane, who gets paired vs a Lane bully and camped by the enemy jungler and the roaming midlaner, in order to snowball toplane. But then, Shen's team proceeds to get mid and bot turrets, drake, and generate the gold difference that makes them win the game. That Shen might end up with a terrible score, but he deserves the LP too, 'cause his perseverance allowed his team to be efficient elsewhere.

I think she's on a weird state of balance, as she always has been. Don't get me wrong, I love her and have played her a ton, but she's a control mage with a tad too much damage, but at the same time, her damage output isn't exactly reliable. My thoughts on the matter is that she's a hard champion to pick up, and her kit is rather erratical in terms of impact on the game.
