: That log writing behavior sounds really weird, no idea why something like that would happen. However, maybe you should look into League Client's internal API endpoints? Maybe there's some endpoints that will let you know when summoner is in-game, you also could use official Riot API for this, there's [/lol/spectator/v4/active-games/by-summoner/{encryptedSummonerId}](https://developer.riotgames.com/api-methods/#spectator-v4/GET_getCurrentGameInfoBySummoner). You can get the encryptedSummonerId from [/lol/summoner/v4/summoners/by-name/{summonerName}](https://developer.riotgames.com/api-methods/#summoner-v4/GET_getBySummonerName). If you want to check what League Client API has to offer, check out this project: https://github.com/Pupix/rift-explorer If you plan to use League Client API or Riot API, make sure you follow the rules [here](https://developer.riotgames.com/league-client-apis.html) and [here](https://developer.riotgames.com/policies.html).
Hi, thank you for the response, it seems that Riot API helps, I suppose we would make something around that. Many thanks!

: the average human reaction time is somewhere around 215 ms according to this website https://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime go and do a few tests and link the screen so we can see yours so i doubt you notice that 20 ms ping, its just not possible, my average reaction time on that website in 5 tries is 265 ms
So you want to say that you will barely feel difference between say 40 and 200 ms since your reaction time is higher anyway?

: Let me ask: What's the problem? I highly doubt you actually notice a difference between 45 and 65ms in ping. Riot isn't ignorant to your problem, because you describe that they've assisted you with several tests to see if they can help you lower your ping. Ultimately, their verdict is correct: It's an ISP issue, not Riot. Riot's servers won't suddenly increase the ping you have. Your connection route is the main factor when it comes to ping, something Riot isn't really capable of impacting.

Aight, please take a look at the traceroute screenshot to EUW server. https://prnt.sc/na6drp As you can see the ping is quite good before it hits Riot Direct. Their verdict is not correct, since it is not my ISP issue, it is Data Exchange/Riot Direct issue. The problem is that i actually do notice difference in ping. Did you ever play on LoL LAN tournaments with 1 ping? You will notice change from your default ping as well.

: Riot Games' Support being completely ignorant about Technical Issues
Maybe if I can tag @RiotIamjeffvader would be useful since he held an AMA about RiotDirect 9 months ago and can bring some light upon that.

: You are lucky, you switch isp and they don't ban you for boosting/ account sharing !
I use different ISPs in one same city. It could be an excuse if there is a sudden connection from another country

: Ping went from 15 to 30-50 since last patch & random crashes
To anyone who would like to know updates: after 4 days of doing nothing and exhausting their "measures"(at least 3 times i was given advice to use public dns which is literally dogshit in my situation) ~~useless~~ glorious riot support decided that the issue is in my ISP and I have to reach them, DESPITE the traceroutes showing that ping spikes on Riot nodes. That being said, I highly doubt anyone should approach to riot support with any technical problems, since you will just prolong your suffering grinding through bots(yeah, support bots!) and people who barely can read but are glad to copypaste new useless methods. Riot support working scheme is just: 1)Get a request check it if the problem is on requester's side; 2) If not, get more tests to figure out if the problem is on requester's side; 3) More tests 4) Get evidence that the problem is definitely on your side 5)Refuse to do shit. Now you know Riot games attitude to players.

Same shit mate, i have the same issue, 47-49 to 55-60 ping recently. My traceroute is similar to yours, like this one. I've already filed all the netlogs and traceroutes to support, I will inform you in case they say something useful(which I doubt to be honest). 1 <1 мс <1 мс <1 мс 192.168.1.1 2 2 ms <1 мс 1 ms 10.0.255.255 3 1 ms 1 ms <1 мс 194.33.189.21 4 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms kiev-nt-b1-ae8-vlan3138.fiord.net [62.140.239.18] 5 29 ms 36 ms 29 ms frankfurt-nt-b1-ae5-vlan2036.fiord.net [62.140.243.22] 6 * * 44 ms pr01.fra02.riotdirect.net [80.81.193.163] 7 44 ms 44 ms 44 ms 104.160.142.44 8 * * * Request timed out. 9 * 49 ms * ae-30.br02.ams02.riotdirect.net [104.160.159.54] 10 48 ms 49 ms 48 ms 104.160.141.107 11 48 ms 48 ms 48 ms 185.40.65.1

Thanks, but anyway, do ARAMs, RGMs and rankeds have same value?

: > why do i get chat restricted Let me give you a general answer that is always correct: Because you broke the rules. In most cases this means either flaming, blaming, trashtalking, being unsportsmanlike or asking for reports...or a combination of those. Since Ezreal was not you, it doesn't matter what he did. For YOUR punishment it's only important what YOU did. No matter what other players do, there is no situation where you are allowed to ignore the behavior rules. > i dont understand why i cant talk shit in a video game For the same reason why you are not allowed to do it without consequences anywhere else. The fact that it's a video game doesn't make the people you play with any less real. They are actual human beings and there is absolutely no reason why there should be different social rules than anywhere else, for example talking with random strangers on the street or the cashier at your local supermarket. You don't talk shit to them, right? So why would you be allowed to do it here?
For all SJWs saying that I want to find them IRL, pee on their face then get him hit me and sue him to jail while I have just small fine.
: That's normal for diamond. Even at D3 i was still getting 15 lp, while losing 20lp with 56% win rate. Now at D5 i am gaining 13-15lp while losing 20-24 with a D5 mmr. Diamond is trash Elo, all rng and bullshit match making. You don;t gain anything for being D5+ so it just best to play once a month and keep you sanity.
The problem is I still have these gains even being in p1.
Burn for me (EUNE)
: How often do you dodge / multi-search your teammates roles and strong points in champ select? A lot of what is meant to be successful climbing and MMR-refining is effective queue dodging.
: I feel that once you demote, your MMR suffers greatly. I get your point, and yea it sucks major d#$k as it is, but this is the system you have to work with. Some chall players literally abandond D2-3 accs, due to bad MMR after a 4-5 game win-streak. System is very punishing, and demoting is not an option if you wanna continue going MUCH further.
Game SHOULD NOT be designed in the way people need to drop their acc mate
: I'm 69% win-rate D4, I get 19-20, I lose 19-20. That's just how the system is. Climbing to challenger is supposed to be an actual challenge, and not a 2K game 50% win-rate requirement.
No, mate I dont have anything against low lp gains in diamond. My 2 points of hatred are: - Demote without notification; - Even lower lp gains after dropping to p1, meaning I need to maintain 75%+ winrate to reach d5 again from now. Assuming my skill is +- d5, not higher, I can not do that and I will not be able to reach diamond anymore on this account. Or begin playing MUCH better. Or order a boost(jk) If my MMR becomes equal to p1 basicly, I demote after loss. But my lp gains stuck in dia5!

: I checked up on this, and it does seem like the reply from support is correct here. As long as you didn't purchase a name change on the Russian server, you'll have to manually change your name after moving back to EUW. They're only able to assist if you paid for a name change on the other server you were playing on. I wish I had better news.
That's why I am saying — if there were a notification about this stupid rule, i'd be able to register lvl1 account with previous nickname and be forced to manually namechange to desired name during transfer.
Hansiman (EUNE)
: Do you have the ticket number? I can see if there's anyone I can ask about the procedures regarding this.
Thanks for the assistance, ticket ID 34240662
Hansiman (EUNE)
: Greetings. What exactly did support say? According to their support site, they'll help you out if you send in a ticket.
Nah, mate, they are goin to assist only in case if I actually spent this RP or BE when being on Russian server to change a nickname. No help if I just changed my nickname while transferring. I can send their quotation if you want. Basicly that's the problem.
