: i'm not suggesting you rework a champ based on their strengths and weaknesses (though it came across as that and i'm sure they do take it into consideration) however his kit is so simple and lets take a look at his kit, a passive that gives him lifesteal - how boring and with his kit pretty bloody strong, His q an enhanced basic attack that COULD scale infinitely though caps at around 500-700 damage and with a what 2 second cooldown? maybe a bit more or less seems, as i said before, both boring and quite op. His w everyone agrees is bs taking into account most builds so moving swiftly on, his e, a good way to push the wave and does a bit of damage/zone control but other than that it's a bit simple. His Ult gives him survivability, more aoe damage and the weird health thing which i'd say is actually cool and works with a bruiser/tank melee top laner. While he is quite unique alot of his kit is boring and OP and while i agree you can shut him down it seems quite hard though maybe that's just a problem shared by only me and my teammates though if you make it harder for him early game there's no real chance for him to get ahead so there's balancing issues which is why i suggest a rework
Nasus has been pretty much the same since season 1, why the hell do you think balancing is an issue?

: Rework Nasus
Nasus doesn't need a rework, he can't snowball that well early since he's weak and you can harrass him to the point that he can't farm his Q, the infinite scaling stops around the 500 stacks mark and if you take advantage of his weak early game he won't get there. His slow is pretty bs but it is his only source of cc. He can only straight up murder squishy targets since he lacks consistent %health damage (only in his ult's aura thing). The infinite scaling is his thing, like Lee Sin is stupid at early game, Nasus is stupid at late game, with lee you wait till late game and destroy him, Nasus just camp him early, remove him from the game, win top. If he wants to come back he needs to afk farm and if he does that just force a teamfight in mid or bot, you will prevent him from stacking and making money, win teamfights (it's pretty much a 4v5). Source: Playing Nasus since I started playing league, I know how to fuck me up. Ps: You can think that for playing Nasus I don't want him to change, but I play WW and I desperatly want his rework. You rework a champion that feels outdated, doesn't matter if he is strong or not.

For the mechanics, use E, kill spirit (use Q to get some damage on both spirit and champ), harrass/farm/heal with Q, lasthit big creeps with W if you feel insecure with her autos. Teamfights just ult and mash W, you will heal like crazy, get some nice damage and even if you die sometimes the tentacles atack after u die (got a double like that)

: My friend. This has been going on for years. South American regions and North Korea are 99.9999% independant when it comes to Riot colaboration. North Korea has their own events, rules, rewards, etc. Thats why they sold CS Riven to every ticket purchased at worlds 2014, when CS Riven is a skin that Riot Games has tagged as unpurchaseable. Then, Oceania had their own pool party event and they got a Fizz icon for free. Its a bummer, we all know it would be cool to experience the same thing they are having. But it is what it is. __________________________________ What I find hilarious (not really), is that Riot wants all servers to be 100% EQUAL, and that all regions should have the same experience (That´s why Graves Cigar was taken away in every Region). Yes this content is about splash arts, but Brazil is getting content that the rest of the servers are not getting. They are getting splas arts of jungle monsters (yes we can download it, but we cannot experience it, or at least, we cannot experience this hunt that they are calling it). "...Where possible, we want to stay away from sharding the game unnecessarily for different regions...". Yes this is just for the splash arts, but come on, there are having a hunt (an exclusive "game mode" it seems) surely ( I dont know ) some sharding had to be done (from what I understand, sharding is "splitting" a large data base into smaller data bases?) _______________ Thing is, Riot wants all regions to have the same exact experience no matter where you are from. Riot stands by this. And its not being done.
Wow I was not expecting such an elaborated and valid response. But yeah that's what i was thinking, same experience for all, I would understand if it was a regional tradition thing, like the masquerade event they get during Carnaval, since its a brazilian thing, but as far as I know there isn't like a hunting season starting there now. And even with the masquerade stuff Carnaval is celebrated in Portugal too... Riot is just being inconsistent with their statments and actions. And if it was just the wallpapers it would be fine, we have access to them too and they dont really change the player experience, but if you spend your hard-earned money in those icons and then you see other people randomly getting them for free..

: It's not about strength, it's about versatility at lvl 1. Most champions can only do one thing at lvl 1, this idea would allow Udyr to do four: Stun -> Phoenix & Tiger damage -> Shield which would give him a huge advantage at the super-early game stages.
that's if you allow it to be, the mana costs could be bigger, preventing lvl 1 spamming, plus the shield would be much much weaker and the damage on phoenix+tiger would amount to a tiger. It's not that hard to balance.

With the ability to spec his abilites _the way they want_, Udyr players could choose what attribute of his they wanted to focus on by putting their skill points where they want. This proposed change would take that choice away, and force pretty much all Udyrs to play the same way.
I don't think that would happen, i feel it would open the gates to more udyr players since he would become less confusing to max skills and his playstyle would open up more. *insert answer to coment above about builds and changing them at will since skills dont define the build*.

The skills could be weaker if it feels too strong, or if he feels too weak that's easy to fix since there's 4 skills
: Would be difficult to balance correctly due to the need of decent power spikes but not too big so be isn't overbearing... there is also the issue of this negating some freedom uydr has with his builds due to the ability to spec into anything you like. It's a nice idea but I feel like if this became a thing it needs to be implemented differently, this works for jayce but I don't think uydr is going to be as simple.
I think it would give him even more freedom, you could adapt your playstyle and build in the middle of the game if your bot/mid is feeding the ap/ad carry too hard, go full ad, cheeky ap or tank, and change without being hurt by the fact that you already have 5 points in your Q and none in your R.
: And leave udyr with 4 skills at level one? Either they are ALL very weak, wich pretty much negates is early-game completly or you give it some sort of power allowing for the 3 AA phoenix+ Tiger combo at level one, plus the stun making him the most broken champion in game. I do aprove of this idea..but to me udyr should have basic points and like viktor or kha'zix be able to master his abilities for extra bonuses and further define the playstyle..
The all of his skills being weak early was kinda the point, plus kha'zix and viktor's evolutions kinda work with the lore, kha'zix can only get 4 evolutions when he kills Rengar, wich is the only predator that rival's him, and viktor evolves all of his skils. Like his stun could be lower early and reach 1second at level 6 and such balances, you can say that it would hurt his early game but that part is balanced with having 4 skills at level 1.
