: Hi Zakuza, It looks like the backbone provider your ISP uses (Eurorings) is experiencing issues, for context: > 0 192.168.1.1 dsldevice.lan 1 2 1 1 10.75.1.10 10.75.1.10 2 7 3 2 10.75.5.39 10.75.5.39 2 5 3 3 10.55.201.198 10.55.201.198 3 9 5 4 10.55.201.198 10.55.201.198 3 7 4 5 134.222.146.178 ldn-s2-rou-1101.UK.eurorings.net 9 13 10 6 134.222.48.110 ldn-s1-rou-1101.UK.eurorings.net 9 11 9 7 134.222.48.199 asd2-rou-1022.NL.eurorings.net 17 32 21 8 134.222.48.223 asd2-rou-1043.NL.eurorings.net 17 26 20 This was your traceroute earlier today (these are all private IP's, nothing personal to you shown ^_^) > 0 192.168.1.1 dsldevice.lan 1 3 1 1 10.75.1.10 10.75.1.10 2 3 2 2 10.75.5.39 10.75.5.39 3 7 5 3 10.55.201.198 10.55.201.198 3 5 3 4 10.55.201.198 10.55.201.198 2 3 2 5 134.222.146.178 ldn-s2-rou-1101.UK.eurorings.net 102 109 105 6 134.222.48.110 ldn-s1-rou-1101.UK.eurorings.net 100 105 102 7 134.222.48.199 asd2-rou-1022.NL.eurorings.net 113 118 114 8 134.222.48.223 asd2-rou-1043.NL.eurorings.net 109 117 112 9 134.222.48.235 asd-s17-rou-1041.NL.eurorings.net 104 111 108 This is now your traceroute. As you can see in hop 4 <--> 5 - you go from private/internal (your ISP) to "eurorings" - and your ping spikes up to over 100ms. Previously, this hop was only increased by around 6ms. There's little you can do from your end on this one, but I'd advise contacting your ISP with this information to see if they can assist you :-)
Right thanks a lot for that info, strange i cant even find anything on Eurorings :S
