: It is pretty easy to do. You just have to add the JP option by changing one of the files. Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\league_client\releases\\deploy then open System.yaml (open with notepad++) Now look for your region and on Available locales add "- ja_JP" Now open ur client and u can change it when ur are logging in {{sticker:katarina-love}}

: Riot is so %%%%ing slow. Tbh I don't even know if I'm going to buy the skin I was super excited but they take ages to release anything. Just %%%%ing publish it when the patch hits and not 10 years later.
Their skins are always a week after patch :P the champs are usually the same night or the day after

Because it was never a thing in the first place. They have just let it slide under the rug. It's not that easy to check every single 3rd party that does something with your client. However, if you read the ToS (terms of use) you are not allowed to change anything on your client, such as skins. > I see from the business perspective of it,but thinking of the amount of work put into this (something riot should know themselves). I also get that some skins are made with "benefits" which goes against terms of service something that got banned from wooxy pretty fast and doesn't fit in with the competitive part. If everyone just used custom skins instead of buying Riot's skins, then they would have to implement something for players to spend money on. Honestly, I don't League to be pay2win. Like I said above, they can't check every 3rd party that changes something on your client. As far as you know, that "XPTO" programm that use only changes skins, but you don't know if it is doing something else in the background. > So are riot generally against the small ability of customization? You have Riot's skins. There are plenty of them and a lot of good ones. You might not have that "Pikachu Kennen" skin, but you have other options. Also, they have sales every month so we can't really complain about skins being unaffordable. Riot has one of the best paying services there is. I don't know if you are familiar with the concept, but there's something called "whale targeting" in video games business. Some companies that offer a Free2Play model, will have some way of generating profit: Ingame power-ups (aka pay2win) and cosmetic. Those two are the most used ones. Then you have something called "whales". Those guys pay HUGES ammount of money to have something that others don't have. In the cosmetic field, I'm talking about something like 60 euro for a skin. Riot doesn't do that. The most expensive thing you can buy will cost you 20€ and the less expensive can go as low as 3€ (that's how much I've spent in the game). If you want a good example of what "whale targeting" looks like, check out [Path of Exile's Shop](https://www.pathofexile.com/shop). The game itself is free, but every micro-transaction (cosmetics) is absurdly expensive. I'm happy we have such a good paying model with League of Legends.
Hmm, I do agree and understand and I don't think riot are expensive with the skins etc and I love supporting league cuz I enjoy the game(I have used a good amount on rp in my total time with league and will continue to but skins I like.) what I want most of all to happen out of this post is that riot makes it a little clearer for a lot of people. As I said I don't use custom skin I only use some custom huds to my theme of liking. To myself that is the part I care most about x3 It's not a big deal if it's removed either, but I know people are going to react to this if it's gone without a warning or a discussion taken into the light :)

: [SUGGESTION] Updater Interface
Even tho it might not be focused atm, it would have been a great feature for those who would like to see details of it, but it should probably be optional ^_^ maybe with a check box that says "details" or something like that would have been nice :3

: Really man.. I agree with all you say. Still I feel it was a bad decision deciding to go live with this on launch day for the season on EUW instead of at least giving it a day or two of preseason testing on their biggest server. Not a single part of me can understand why this wasn't put Live on Monday or Tuesday already to iron out exactly what happened here.

: [UPDATE 26-01-16 EUW/EUNE] Dynamic Queue system re-enabled
So Ymir, it was basically a overload for the new queue system? *bad joke incoming* I guess it got {{summoner:3}}-ed {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}} And community, I think Riot is currently doing their best to fix this issue :P Remember to be a f2p game it's pretty dam good :P yea sure we buy skins and so on but stoll :P why u so salty! -.- Alot of you are saying Riot never learns... so why have the expectations? Another thing... they could have just shutdown the season instead of using the old one... I'm just happy about that :3
