You can avoid almost every death. * Small improvements over the time make huge results. Do your best every game. * Stop blaming your team, they already know they suck. Help them stop sucking. Yeh, botlane is feeding again while you're 7/1 in lane. Maybe you should roam bot, and help them recover their advantage. * Have self-criticism. Understand why you lost the games, look on your own mistakes and avoid them. * If you're raging, recall. Have 3 deep breaths. Go back to lane and stay safe. * Is your build right? You've got 34 armor, maybe that's why this Irelia is deleting you. On defeat: * Hey, it's fine. No one can win all games. * A defeat is way better than ten victories. It reminds you that you make mistakes. Which ones? Perhaps you should check the replay for those plays where you got caught. After game: * Have a break EVERY game, no matter you win or lose. If you win 10 minutes or more, if you lose 20 or more. This will help you forget your last game and have a reset on your mindset. * During breaks, stay away from the computer and the phone. You can also text me on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/hi_im_marquii) if you prefer. This was VERY helpful. Lots of ways to deal with tilt both in and out of games, thanks for this !! I want to clarify that it isn't the result of the game that is tilting, I understand not every game will be a win, but when we should and are winning, then end up losing because of one member of our team (this happens more often than not it seems) rather than myself making a mistake. I want to stop blaming my team mates, but recently it has been the case were it ACTUALLY is my team mates (Just one usually). I feel like I have a pretty big champion pool in all honestly, I can play any role somewhat comfortably (ADC is probably my weakest, but I rarely play it so it isn't a huge issue for me right now) I'd say I have the 'jack of all trades master of none' approach, I can play a few champions really well, and few that I'm terrible with. The rest are somewhere in between. The problem I have with this game is no matter what I will always come back. I have invested a lot of time into this game (Have been a player since roughly mid season 2) and you could say I religiously play this game, most of my spare time is invested into playing video games, most of which is league. I don't feel I am getting bored of the game itself, it's just certain scenarios which are putting me off playing that specific game. (Wouldn't do any of the OP in ranked games, occassional flame / rage yes, nothing hurtful, no afk's etc.) I will only ever consider leaving etc. in normals. I have returned to normals for a few games today, haven't played ranked for roughly 2 days as I am basically getting demoted to silver 5. I stomped every single game, I've played 4 games today and have had a perfect game every game with an s+ rating, flawless KDA, damn near perfect CS. I've been unstoppable. But then I compare this streak of wins, to a streak of wins in ranked and there is a huge difference in the skill of players I am with / against, so feel like this hasn't really been a confidence boost.

It's the same when I get stomped and there isn't much I can do. One does not simply stop a tilt streak. I would recommend taking a break but you already tried that without succes You also get bored if you win and sometimes afk because of that? Or someone is toxic and you don't want to play anymore? Eh well honestly, don't play anymore. People are toxic and they always will be. ( Not everyone, just a large ammount of players ) You obviously don't enjoy the game anymore if you get bored of winning and tilt when you lose. If I'm wrong, forgive me this is just how I see it Maybe play off meta picks, change your main? Be open to new positions?

Be open to new positions? I don't want to stop it, I know it is something that can't be stopped, just how to reduce the amount I tilt / how often or something a long those lines. Taking breaks does somewhat help, but then I jump into a game and then about 5 minutes in someone %%%%s the game up and I tilt. (Not every game obviously, but feels like a lot of them) I don't get bored of winning, I get bored of games that are out right stomps, say my team dominates and close the game before 20 minutes something like that, very one sided game both winning and losing, extremely boring. Very rarely do I AFK when winning, just every now and again I'll back, tab out for a couple of minutes then start playing again knowing the enemy won't catch up. I can understand how it looks that way haha. I don't tilt purely because of the out come of the game, if were winning and we throw, then I will tilt. Things like that in games will tilt me, generally toxic team mates and some times even enemy players who none stop rage / flame all chat "report X for X" sort of thing. Very annoying. I like playing off-meta picks, but it seems like a lot of them are currently under-shadowed and 'useless' compared to most people in roles I play (usually jungle / top, occasionally mid) for instance, taking any jungler over heca, vi or someone like that, who abuses either CotC or lethality. It just seems pointless and you have noticabaly less presence in the game compared to these junglers. Obviously that is sort of the point of a 'meta' but currently it feels pointless. I don't necessarily main a champion or a role. I switch constantly, can never make my mind on where I want to play or what champion I want to play haha, so I could say I have a diverse champion pool, as a silver player I'm not great so this doesn't really mean much, but for the sake of entertainment I play what I want or what my team needs (depending on my pick) and am always switching between tanks, bruisers etc. so gameplay never gets too stale.

Play with friends+vocal chat; that will make you feel less mad about the fact that you lost, since you have someone to emphatise with 2. Make break, play other games, I mean at some point you get so mad that you can't win so the only solution is to leave the game for some long breaks. That's what I'v done and I was able to be not mad while loosing for like 3-4 weeks, I'm start loosing it tho...

I dont think playing with friends is a good idea haha, as the few friends of mine that do play league are lower ELO players, which can make games harder due to my friends being a lower ELO to those that they are playing against. Taking breaks doesn't seem to help much either, I haven't played for a while and jumped back on yesterday, I can only stand about 5 minutes of a game before I either get bored or just don't want to play because of a toxic player whether they are on my team or the enemy team. Lets say I stomp my lane or my team are stomping in general, I sometimes consider afking, purely because the game is boring as %%%%. It's the same when I get stomped and there isn't much I can do.

I learned the lesson like this. I don´t trust RIOT, I don´t trust their employees, I don´t trust in their concept of regulating the anger in their game, I think they fail so hard at establishing a good atmosphere in their games - they need bans as a desperate method to let it look like they got things under control. The whole concept has a soviet taste to me. Harsh methods to control the bad situation. > > You better adapt to the circumstances or they will ban you - fair or not. They seriously don´t care. So you shouldn´t also care about the standard bullies. Many of them wishing you and your family cancer you will see multiple times - they are not banned and you wonder why. If you talk back to them you might be the next guy banned while they still get away with wishing half the world cancer. You really might get cancer from reading what they write - and when Riot doesn´t ban them for wishing your family cancer because you didnt take exhaust as a spell - then why should you care about these people more than Riot? Just focus on your strategy to win the game. I find it extremely difficult to not act like that though which is why I'm looking to change my ways so to speak. And I just finished placements and got s5, I really don't think I've got the right game knowledge etc. to be identifying when to split and things like that, so I can never really be the person to win games when our team is behind overall. and to reiterate, I don't flame in terms of insults etc. I just get frustrated when people do stupid shit over and over when you politely ask them to stop and just work with the team and group etc.

: Trying to be less toxic - advice welcome
nah its just not happening. Got on played 2 games. First game was a win, but team still refused to communicate, tilted. Took a break and jumped into another game. We had a jayce top who fed, I said "jayce could you play a bit safer please?" he kept diving into stupid fights and ended up feeding hard. Bot lane lost lane, no biggy. But then they roam, t2 mid is being taken and there prancing around in the enemy jungle / enemy mid lane side of the map while they push to the inhib. They go top side jungle on our side of the map and try to fight a fed tristana and give her yet another double kill, when everyone on the team politely asked them to back and help the team. I flipped and lost my shit not going to lie, ended up afking the last 5 minutes of the game because there was literally nothing they could do, no teamwork or communication in the champ select so we ended up with a dog shite team comp and they had a pretty decent one, so we got steam rolled most of the game, despite me winning lane and roaming early to help other lanes out, and take objectives. I cant help myself but start typing and cant restrain myself from hitting the enter button. Doing my placements on my new account and feel like my team mates are really dragging me down no matter how hard I try not to be toxic and help out my team mates where I can. I roam a lot, put a lot of pressure on the map, help take drags and zone of key enemies to make life easier for our team, but come mid / late they don't listen or work with the team and end up trying to 1v5 carrying, which throws the game for us, and it's only ever one or two of my team mates, very rarely do I get team mates who are positive, work together and communicate consistently throughout the game and it's so frustrating when we start losing games because team mates just blatantly ignore what everyone else has to play.

I got mostly B's, not proud of it I'll be honest. I used to be a massively toxic player but I've managed to tone it down quite a bit, but I still have trouble containing my anger when I'm in game and I'm trying to control this a lot more but not finding much success, the smallest things can set me off. I'm very passionate when it comes to playing league (even though I'm not that good xD) and when I get people in my game who outright refuse to communicate with their team etc. it is just so annoying, and sometimes I struggle to deal with it in the correct way and end up flaming that person.

: Riot, please listen to the community and remove forced Autofill
This doesn't occur every game, but from my personal experience and many other's stories, autofill doesn't do much to benefit the majority of players queue times. It incites flame and trolling in the champ select screen as people threaten to troll and feed etc. and even dodge, making the queue times that much longer, I can understand you must be semi-competent in most roles, I have no issue with playing any role so this doesn't affect me much when I am autofilled. But the amount of games that have been ruined for me since the autofill system came into place because of flamers and trolls that were autofilled to support or a role they don't enjoy or want is ridiculous. I think the idea was good but the execution / outcome of it was very poor and did nothing but hurt many players ranked and normal experience when it comes to playing League.

Example: A while back I submitted a hugely complex ticket with multiple issues, problem and stuff, while I had made a significant effort to make it easier to read, and added formatting, it was still a mess. It took support over a month to just give up and asked me to resubmit the specific issues and get it sorted out. After I did that, it was all solved in a matter of days! *** So I have an idea here that should help you out. I want you write me an example of what you would want your ticket to look like. Then I can go over it and and give you some pointers. Personally I like to add some characters to help with the formatting like ○ ▬▬↓↑ It makes it look cleaner, and thus more easily understood.

Honestly the way I am writing it to them is pretty simple, there's not a lot they shouldn't be able to understand about the ticket. It's literally a few lines explaining what my issue is and there's not much that could possibly be misinterpreted etc. in this. They've stopped deleting the tickets, just waiting on that all important reply. I have never had an issue explaining my issue to the support team, as this is the first time in 5 or so years that it has happened.

could be worse, you could get a perma for using custom skins

Just to bump this thread for discussion purposes (I know I'm not getting my account back before anyone posts this or anything related to this) it seems like a lot of people are posting similar threads compared to usual.

: I can think of a few possible scenarios that could cause something similar to this, but for it to happen like this is something I've never heard of before. Do you still have the mails for some of the tickets that were wiped/deleted? If you do, there should be a ticket ID within each mail. I'm in a bit of a tight spot here, so my hands are tied, I'm afraid. :( I'm not a Rioter but rather a Volunteer, so my options are limited both by appearance and other factors. What I can tell you is that those ID's are the ones you'll need when you get in touch with a Rioter. In order to facilitate a smoother solution, I can also advice you to consider how you present information, as you can see from this thread, myself and two of my fellow volunteers had to ask a lot of questions in order to figure out what you meant and how it all fit together, not to mention how it was portrayed to the average user. So in order to get your message across you need to be as concise as possible, and a single misrepresentation can cause a lot of back and forth just to get to the bottom of it.

Yeah I've not been explaining my situation very well, and I apologise for this. But I do have some tickets which were left after the wipe, which are later tickets to those that were wiped. I do not have the emails to these tickets, as I regularly clear my inbox.

: Greetings iHarry, I see some inconsistencies with your story, not with the story itself, but how you present it, so I need to ask a few questions to figure out the nuances. Once I am able to distinguish the nuances, I should be able to give you some advice on what to do. First of all, what you say you "re-open a ticket that's been deleted". It's impossible to reopen something that's already gone, so I see 2 possible scenarios. 1. The ticket is closed not deleted. 2. The ticket is deleted and have vanished into thin air, instead of 'reopening' it, you're creating a whole new ticket regarding this matter. You said that years of tickets were wiped, what exactly did you mean by that? And how many pages worth of tickets are we talking about? Which of your accounts did it happen to, and did you by any chance verify or change the email? *** About a year ago, (if I remember correctly) support updated their system and for some reason a lot of people were suddenly no longer able to access their old tickets, they had simply vanished.

By re-open, I mean manually, so I've noticed it's been deleted and I haven't received a response or a solution to the issue so I create a new ticket regarding the issue. By this I meant, tickets that had accumulated over the space of a year or so, had been wiped, not an issue but thought I should point this out. There weren't a large amount of tickets but given the topic thought this may of had some value. This happened to the account I am responding to you on 'iHarry'

No, the ticket in question is outright being deleted.

Well, if both tickets are about the same case, it is considered a duplicate and one or the other can be removed. Just wait for a reply on one of them if that's the case. If each account has 1 opened ticket, but for different issues, than they should not be removed and each of those issues will be addressed when they get to them.

: That's the exact definition of spamming. Opening multiple tickets for the same case is spam. Stop spamming the support, then your tickets don't get deleted.
> [{quoted}](name=Perilum,realm=EUW,application-id=eZuvYsEr,discussion-id=Jb1xJwwE,comment-id=000400000000,timestamp=2017-01-13T20:49:05.863+0000) > > That's the exact definition of spamming. > Opening multiple tickets for the same case is spam. > > Stop spamming the support, then your tickets don't get deleted. I am not spamming tickets, I am re-opening them once it gets deleted, 2 tickets are open, 1 on each of my accounts, not spam dude. It is only happening with one of the tickets, I have opened a single ticket for this topic, and it gets deleted, so I re-open it as the issue isn't resolved and I haven't received a response.

: If you have one open that's active, they're going to close duplicate tickets. If there's a problem with payment, it's forwarded to the billing team, and investigation may take some time in these cases.

I understand if I have multiple open this will happen, but this is not the case, there are not multiple versions of the ticket open therefor no reason to be deleted? Regarding my payment issue ticket, yes I understand it will take some time, but they usually respond letting you know they have to redirect you to a specific team right?

I have 2 open right now, one of them are being viewed etc. (which I can tell from the most recent activity update) and the other ticket I have given up on pursuing, since it keeps getting deleted after so long, or gets deleted right away, I've reopened that ticket about 4 times and not got a response. The ticket regarding the payment issue is open and waiting a response. I had 2 open for the same topic, as I hadn't got a response in a few days, while one was a variation to the problem both still had similarities so understandably one was closed. While the other had been deleted I have given up on pursuing, as it wasn't a huge issue and wasn't preventing me from playing etc.

: Hey iHarry, Once you've made a ticket, you have to wait until you get a reply. If you try to bump your ticket, you will be placed at the end of the queue again. The waiting time is usually around 24 hours, though in busy periods that can extend to a few more days. So, just have the patience until support will answer your ticket before writing another one. :)

not much I can do I guess, I feel I was wrongfully banned as it doesn't seem to be something that is frowned upon, but I'm not getting responses and there just immediately shutting any ticket I make.

: It highly depends on what tool you used to get custom skins, and if that is indeed the only thing you were using. Custom skins, while technically a violation of the ToU, are not something that Riot bans players for. They're fine with it. The problem is often the tool people use to get custom skins. Some tools offer you other features outside of just custom skins, features that get you permabanned. Even if you don't use these features; if you use the tool that contains these features, you'll get banned regardless. The tool you use to get custom skins can not do anything besides give you custom skins. If it also allows you to do other things, you're not allowed to use it at all. An example of such a tool is MkJogo, which a lot of people used to get custom skins, but is a bannable program. On the other side, I also think it's bannable to use programs to be able to use skins that you can purchase in the client, as that is theft of intellectual property.

It can only be used purely for custom skins as far as I know, and I use custom skins only. None of this bullshit which allows me to use skins riot make and you have to pay for. I'm very annoyed as while I can understand the ban as it is 3rd party, it is very half-arsed and not fully enforced, I think it's fair to say you can understand where I am coming from, as many people use custom skins and openly use them (which is where I got the idea from and started to use them) and I would never take it any further than custom skins, I am a long time player and have had this account for a many number of years and have built up a huge collection, which includes the likes on medieval twitch and grey warwick...
