: Suspension and rewards
You've completely overlooked the point I was trying to make and went off the rails. Do you always talk like that because you add too much salt to your food? You sound like a fanboy defending the game without being rational. The reason why Riot has come a long way is because of a two way communication between them and the players. They take constant feedback from players to improve the game... Not all by themselves. So yeah we've played an pivotal role in making this game a success. Obviously they made a lot of mistakes lately and I don't even have to prove it to you. With that said, I stopped reading your reply half way through as now I'm sure the kinda responses I'll get from this classic fanboy forum. I was seeking some clarifications and I got a shitpost in response. +1 for your efforts in making a pretty looking reply though. Shame I didn't read it fully.

: Suspension and rewards
I'm pointing out the fact that getting punished comes with a lot more disadvantages than it did a few years ago. As for this being a free game, I simply cannot be a "yes-sir man" for everything. I did invest years of my time and money thereby playing my part in contributing to the game's success. I can get to the nuances because the TOS is really sketchy and vague about the toxicity part. I can even argue that my rant wasn't toxic enough to warrant a 2 week ban because we're surrounded by people who easily get offended and only have the tolerance level of school headmaster.. But I'm willing to look past that. Yes I broke the rules. I'm not saying I shouldn't be punished. But I don't agree with the additional rules that they bring up every few months. I don't have a choice but to accept to play. Needless to mention the game is dying much to my dismay because of reasons like this. It's kind of like accepting the TOS of a software. I'm saying that they've made punishment more severe. Like isn't a 14 ban ban severe enough? Sure you can also not include me in special events that give away XP boost, Icons, emote and rewards that are not game-play related. But to use this honor system as an excuse to prevent me from taking part in clash or earning hextech key frags is a stretch. Now I do seem to be getting good amount of honors from teammates but I just can't get the key frags yet. I'm sure at this rate I'll unlock level 2 in 4-6 months. During that time, I won't be getting key frags. So I have to rely on capsules from levelling up my account. For most people who are at level 2, it's hard enough to get level 5. But to start from 2 levels below all the way to level 5..... So you get my point? The 14 day ban also means you have to suffer for few more months which is demotivating for someone who is willing to reform. Immediately after they introduced the BE and Honor system, I quit league for 1-2 years to concentrate on work. I resumed playing 4 months ago and I could already see a big different at the pace at which I unlock champions via BE. I swear just a few levels ago I got "yi shard + amumu shard + nunu shard + 270 BE" in one capsule. So I don't know about 800 BE being the minimum. I honestly don't care about honor levels. I just want to be a point where I can get key frags to unlock chests and which happens only when I hit level 2. So my question was whether I'd be given a fair chance at proving that I've reformed. Like how the system detects positive change in behaviour without getting honored by teammate. A response from Riot or someone who has experienced this would be nice. I reached level 3 after 3-4 months of constantly getting honored every other game because I was positive. So I don't know how this goes if one decides to be neutral. That was what I wanted to know.
