Don't try to talk to TE Data. They're at most happy they can save bandwidth "for free". Online gamers aren't the customers they focus on anyway. My suggestion is that you guys look into solutions into bypassing blocks that aren't intended towards you.

Someone mentioned that TE Data is blocking most UDP ports to limit VoiP programs. Well I think this kindof is true after I'd done one test. In Cyberghost VPN Help section: If your country blocks UDP, check "prefer TCP connections". I did it, suddenly Cyberghost worked. @Rito: Can you please see into installing such an option into LoL to bypass the necessity of UDP connections? Do it for us :3

: Hello , Just to be direct . This issue have nothing to do with lol update or game at all . i have been playing lol since 2010 in EUNE and in EUW since late 2012 back in the day when i first started playing the game my ping used to be around 67-75ms with 1 mb which is really great ( since we would never see that now days in any game ). In the past three years their happens to be unexpected increase in internet users. Communications infrastructure has become very weak, resulting in our poor internet Experience. Also for the past 3 years internet provider started to act on their own closing VOIP ports IPs and stuff ( in order to keep us pay for international calls since Skype , Whatsapp will make them lose lots of money ). And so the only solution to overcome and bypass their VOIP blocks that we have to use a good VPN that is for less pain , unless if Riot can do something about it by talking to our government or to the NTRA ( National Telecom Regulatory Authority ) in Egypt . I hope that i cleared the misunderstanding of this issue as well as hoping that i had given a fair enough solution for this issue. King Dark.

One further observation from my end is that Cyberghost VPN and Avast Secureline VPN (the two services I tried so far) don't work for me either. I can connect to them but afterwards I can't connect to any sort of online service, be it web pages or anything else. Maybe there's some kind of a link there.. like similar port blockage.

Yes, it could be that the patch now uses different network protocols than before which weren't supported by TE Data from the beginning. Your ISP is TE Data? A friend of mine who's ISP is Link DSL has the same issues as you. TE Data clients afaik can'T even connect to the game.

I just tested it via Mobinil and it worked. TE Data just turned off whatever was turned on for League to work. VPNs don'T work anymore either. Anyhow, loss prevented doesnt always catch all games, especcially the first ones where the issue just popped up sometimes finish before the loss prevented switch gets turned on. Might be your case there :/ Unfortunate but really nothing you could blame them for, think of it as firefighters coming to a fire, they might not make it in time to save everything, a few things might get burned before they arrive. (oh god im bad at such examples, but i hope my point comes across decently enough)

: They wont be removed, and a single case of afk/leave wont get you in trouble anyways. The system doesnt care what the reason for your leave/afk was, it cant know wether your power went out or you raged and left. For the system a leave is a leave, and it lets you know its not ok, to make you aware and give you time to fix whatever caused you to leave in case you have connection issues etc. (server related issues work the same way, but are highly unlikely to get you punished since after 1-2 times of having this issue most people stop and check if something is wrong, instead of spamming games over and over and then complain "i dc alot riot why u do this to me")
I had countless times where games got dropped and server was unavailable. It would read "loss prevented" in match history. this is the first time they failed to notice it's their own fault. I highly doubt any of riot's people know what's going on atm
