Heyo, Sorry for taking so long, I've been away for a bit ^_^ I have attached a link for an app called Hextech Repair Tool that will assist you in gathering these logs: > - download and install the [**Hextech Repair Tool**]( https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367), which can diagnose and potentially resolve issues on its own. ***Note: You don't get a notification that the HRT installed and there's no desktop shortcut.*** > - once the install loading bar is complete, click on **Start** and search for **Hextech Repair Tool.** - open it with **administrative privileges** (right click and choose **"run as administrator"**). - Make sure that the following things are checked: ``` - Run Ping Test - Sync System Clock - Gather System & LoL Logs - DNS - Use Public (Recommended) - Force Repatch (optional, but useful in most of the cases) - Add Firewall Exceptions (Enable Firewall) ``` > - simply hit **Start** **Once you’ve run the repair tool, a .zip file will be created on your desktop that includes your logs. If you don’t see an improvement after running the repair tool, attach this file to your ticket and I’ll investigate further.** *Note: If the size of the generated file (LoL Logs.zip) is larger than 20 MB, you won't be able to attach it in your reply. : Well I just got my ranked solo and flex icons a few minutes ago, so that's not that bad. XD (and the honor ward too a few days ago, although it doesn't make sense that people who got honor level 5 only get the honor 5 ward, we should have gotten the 3 wards, but anyways...) But the most important rewards are still missing, being them the Graves skin and the loading screen border... I'm also missing the profile insignia but that's not as important tbh... Now this is a bit unrelated, but I'm not a fan of the profile insignia... I loved the ranked border around the icon and I know it had to be removed because of the new leveling system, but the profile insignias just don't feel right or look that good imo... They feel so rushed and out of place... My sugestion is a border similar to the icon border we had but maybe around the name? The insignia is already under the summoner name but it looks weird... And the plat one looks terrible with those little purple flags... EDIT: Well it turns out I also recieved my Graves skin + chroma and the victorious ward so THX! :3

: On 2 PC we have bad performance with fps drops...The one PC is good the other has low spects but it could run the LOL smooth... At 0-15 minutes the game is ok.. At 15/20-30 minutes we have 30-40 fps At 30-more minutes we have 20-30 fps... We have enable the setting close the client during game.. Before the new patch all were fine... After patch the game stutters as hell.. :)

: I have a question regarding the legendary champion skins one got for having bought runespages. I have 10 rune pages in total and I got one legendary skin. A friend of mine has 11 runepages and he got 3 legendary skins after playing the first game. So either I missed something or I didnt get all the skins I was supposed to.
