MegaterratroN (EUW) : Yea , I can't log too and I was winning my TFT Lobby for D2 for Promotion,but sadly 'Waiting to Reconnect" then It was over,could't log at all and I'm still trying to log , but apparently It's not happening ! Same stuff happened yesterday,getting kinda sick of those League of Problems. Before time when they were having such problems at least Riot were sending gifts to people,but now I guess they don't care anymore since they are well Fed. Robindino14 (EUW) : What I remember from various threads and the honour FAQ: At lvl 2 you'll get the same amount of key fragments as before. (12 per month) but more spread out through the month. I myself have only gotten 4 total since the honour system launched so I suppose it takes a bit (Though I am suspicious of the previous way the key fragments work related to the current system. As in, if you just got all 12 fragments in a week or so and after that the honour update launched it may cause your first fragments to be delayed, though this is all just suspicion from me.) ryphractor (EUW) in > Key fragments not "droping"? hey, it kinda makes sense. :D hope it really ends out being the time (and that 4 week (1 month) spread). :D Go to comment

R A M M I X (EUW) : I haven't gotten any key fragment since the new honor system came live but I just logged in literally 1 minute ago and got 8 key fragments. Mantis Toboggán (EUW) : Iirc key fragments drop less often than they used to until you hit level 3. They will still drop at level 2 but it appears to be as a result of games where you were honored considerably/ games where everyone was honored. Some people have been lucky enough to be given 4x fragments at once at honor level 2.
